• Fines from $600 to $1,000
• License suspension of 3 years
• Community service for minimum of 240 hours

Third DUI Offense

A third DUI conviction within 10 years of two other DUI convictions is taken very seriously. Considered a "high and aggravated" misdemeanor, the punishments for this conviction are much more severe than a first or second DUI charge.
